Jim Beam Backs Operation Homefront
Jim Beam (Beam Global) released a limited edition Operation Homefront commemorative label bottle that will be available through July 4. Part of the proceeds from sale of the bottles will be donated to Operation Homefront. It hopes to raise $25,000 for the bottle.
Various U.S. Off Premise retailers and Military channels such as the Navy Exchange and Army & Air Force Exchange Service outlets have also supported this program via custom displays with co-branded Jim Beam and Operation Homefront point-of-sale materials featuring the Jim Beam Operation Homefront commemorative package.
Last year, Jim Beam donated approximately $250,000 to Operation Homefront through corporate donations, local market events, as well as support from distributors and retailers. “Jim Beam supports Operation Homefront because it upholds a commitment to high values – true character, integrity and doing the right thing,” said Tim Condron, group vp-National Accounts and Sales Strategy, Beam Global.
At the Warrior Ride 2009 in Arundel put on by the Wounded Warrior coordinator of Operation Homefront in Maine, Jim Beam had a presence. They were showing their support for our servicemen and women through their donations and positive support. We appreciate the donations given by Jim Bean. Thanks.
